We want you to rock your new gear with confidence, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and signed collectibles are final sale to ensure authenticity for all fans.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
